Whilst B12 shots are more renown, a B forte Complex Shot is simply just a more complex injection performed in the same manner, that includes the B1-6 vitamins as well as the B12 vitamin in a highly absorbable formulation.

This is injected directly into the muscle (usually the deltoid muscle in the upper arm or alternatively the upper thigh) which allows for maximum absorption by the body, particularly as it bypasses the digestive system where we lose a lot of vitamins from the food we eat.
